The former President of Spherion Staffing Services from 2008 to 2011, a division of SFN Group (NYSE:SFN), Loretta brings nearly three decades of experience and expertise holding leadership positions and advancing service delivery and excellence within several Fortune 500 companies. During her 20-year tenure with Spherion, Loretta held numerous leadership positions and was responsible for the company’s largest temporary and full-time staffing business unit with revenues in excess of one billion dollars.

Prior to becoming President, Loretta served in an innovative role as Spherion’s Chief Service Excellence Officer, directly responsible to the CEO for advancing a culture of service excellence throughout the enterprise. Key elements included measuring and leading the drive to ensure high customer satisfaction; promoting best practices across the company; and leading initiatives focused on candidate and client retention. In addition to her staffing and HR experience, Loretta also served 10 years in sales and marketing and executive management with the IBM Corporation.

She holds a BS from North Texas University and a Certificate of Studies from Harvard University. She serves on the Board of Directors for TECO Energy and the Caruth Institute for Learning, Lyle School of Engineering at Southern Methodist University.
