Eileen brings more than 30 years of diverse experience in organizational effectiveness, learning and development, leadership development and change management. A strategic people development leader, Eileen is viewed as an effective internal and external consultant and change agent, serving in that capacity to many Fortune 100 companies.
In past roles, Eileen led a team of business leaders through organizational transformation, culture change, business process improvement, and management strategy. Her most recent assignment was responsibility for the effectiveness of drug development teams at Millennium, the Takeda Oncology Company.
Eileen holds a PHD in Education Psychology from Temple University and a BA from Syracuse University.
