Joyce Ceconi is a highly successful, senior-level executive with over 30 years of professional experience in sales and organizational leadership, coaching, mentoring and developing high-performance teams. She has a proven track record managing and leading multimillion-dollar programs for the federal government and private sector organizations.
Joyce has held leadership positions in several of the largest global Human Capital and Internet Recruiting companies, including LinkedIn, Monster Worldwide, Randstad NA and Adecco USA. As a sales leader, Joyce consistently exceeded goals for quota attainment, revenue and market share growth, and new business development. She is recognized as providing leadership in a changing environment and is adept at stabilizing and reconstructing organizations, structures, and processes.
She has extensive experience coaching “C” level, SVP, VP, Senior to mid-level managers and individual contributors within a diverse portfolio of large, medium and small organizations.
Joyce earned a BBA from James Madison University with a concentration in Management & Marketing. She is a past president and board member of the United States Naval Academy (USNA) Northern Virginia Parent Club. She has a passion for assisting transitioning military personnel and has been a volunteer for several veteran employment organizations whose mission is to assist and prepare Veterans’ transition into private sector employment.
