The former President of Spherion Staffing Services from 2008 to 2011, a division of SFN Group (NYSE:SFN), Loretta was responsible for the company’s largest temporary and full-time staffing business unit with revenues in excess of one billion dollars.

Prior to becoming President, Loretta served in an innovative role as Spherion’s Chief Service Excellence Officer, directly responsible to the CEO for advancing a culture of service excellence throughout the enterprise. Key elements included measuring and leading the drive to ensure high customer satisfaction; promoting best practices across the company; and leading initiatives focused on candidate and client retention. During her 20 years with the organization, she held numerous field leadership positions including President of Spherion’s legal staffing division.

Previously, Loretta spent nine years in the recruiting and staffing industry with two national companies, and 10 years in sales and marketing and executive management with the IBM Corporation.

She holds a BS from North Texas University and a Certificate of Studies from Harvard University. She serves on the Board of Directors for TECO Energy and the Caruth Institute for Learning, Lyle School of Engineering at Southern Methodist University.
