Donna brings more than 30 years’ experience partnering with organizations across professional services, staffing, healthcare, and IT industries to drive leadership excellence, complex sales and delivery, market turnaround and growth initiatives. Before transitioning to advising, coaching, and consulting, Donna was Chief Revenue Officer at Supplemental Healthcare, one of the top 10 healthcare staffing companies in the U.S. There she managed a P&L of over $350 million overseeing operations, delivery, and sales for the multi-billion-dollar, publicly held staffing firm.
Prior to that, Donna held numerous leadership positions within the professional services and IT sector, including Global President of North Highland Consulting, SVP Engineering & Technology for CDI Corporation, and SVP Sales & Delivery for Adecco. Donna leverages her extensive knowledge industry at a national and local market operating level to help companies, individuals, and teams achieve sustainable transformation, high performance, and exceptional value.
Donna is a member of the Board of Directors for Champion’s Community Foundation and an Advisory Board member of Phaidon International. She has earned a certificate in Organizational Change Leadership from the University of Georgia and a certificate in Future of Work: Leading Modern Workplaces from The Wharton School. Donna is a Certified Coach and a member of International Coaching Federation.
