The 360° Feedback Assessment was designed by XBInsight to maximize the use of feedback data for individual growth and development. An analysis of the feedback from people a person works with, including management, colleagues, clients, and the individual receiving the feedback, will result in a clear picture.
The picture will reveal how others perceive that individual’s talents, skills, competencies, and personality traits. The information can be used to identify weaknesses and strengths. Then the weaknesses can be strengthened and the strengths can be used to their best advantage. This data, when properly applied, can make a successful person enormously successful.
By working with an XBInsight coach, a tangible, measurable action plan can be developed and implemented from collected data. Participants can share their experiences in a group setting during a feedback seminar or workshop.
