Prior to her leadership consultant role, Danielle became an early adopter of critical leadership practices which resulted in transformational business results. At the age 25, Danielle oversaw the scale & growth of a family run organization from 4 to 50 employees and a $20 million P&L. She then became an executive leader in the education management sector, where she focused on creating award-winning, high-performance cultures at turnaround organizations. Doubling student retention for one location resulting in 320k+ revenue and increasing student job placement rates by 20% in one year resulting in the 2 million revenue producing location to remain open. As a leadership consultant for a global leadership consulting firm, she spearheaded the shift in strategy to optimize talent resourcing across the U.S. which resulted in a 2.5+ million revenue generation through channel partners and resourcing of 4.5 million to contract consultants significantly reducing the organizations overhead expense over the course of 2 years.

She holds a BA in Finance & Economics from University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth and an MA in Leadership from Northeastern University. She is certified in several behavioral leadership tools and holds several board positions on prestigious profit and non-profit organizations.
