Pradeep Aradhya has extensive experience in building business and growth strategies, as well as product and operational knowledge. This insight combined with his more than 12 years of digital marketing experience and the use of cutting-edge technologies allow him to drive businesses to “new successes.” Pradeep Aradhya is currently the CEO of Novus Laurus, founded in 2009, partnering with businesses and their leaders to achieve growth objectives through both organic and inorganic initiatives.
Pradeep has guided clients in the areas of food, fashion, technology and non-profit by consulting on business practices and processes, including strategy, operational planning, web outcomes and revenue. Prior to founding Novus Laurus, he served as a senior executive where he led acquisitions in the mobile space and multi-million marketing and technology platform initiatives at Fortune 500 companies.
Pradeep holds a Ph.D. in Structural Dynamics from NC State University and a M.Sc in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science.
