Alison Farmer

Executive Coach

Alison brings 25 years’ experience partnering with senior executives and organizations across workforce management, real estate, education, and a range of other industries to drive transformational results. Before transitioning to coaching, Alison served as VP of Talent Acquisition & Development and VP of Learning Services for Aquent, a $500 million global creative staffing firm. There she oversaw Aquent’s internal hiring and staff development functions, leading a team dedicated to the training of internal employees and launching Aquent Gymnasium, an online school supporting over 30,000 enrollments in its first year and recognized by Fast Company, Forbes, and Inc. magazines.

Prior to that, Alison held numerous leadership positions over nearly two decades, overseeing regional and national teams responsible for both sales and delivery. During this time, she opened new markets and business lines, specializing in coaching and developing underperforming teams to meet or outperform their financial targets.

She is a Certified Coach and a member of International Coaching Federation. Alison is also an active volunteer serving several organizations, including as a mentor with Year Up, Better Angels, and a pro bono coach with Run for Something.
