Joseph Sarkauskas is a software engineer with the XBInsight technology team where, for more than 18 years, he has been instrumental in bringing innovative tech solutions to bear for our customers. In his role, Joseph serves as the software development and implementation leader for XBInsight, delivering enterprise systems integration and technical support for the company’s state of the art talent assessment and development solutions.
Prior to working with XBInsight, Joseph developed custom embedded real-time applications on 8, 16, and 32-bit microcontrollers for the consumer, medical, aerospace, and control industries. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Akron and is an active member of several industry-related associations and forums.
