Lesa J. Francis is a proven and widely respected leader and the first woman named CEO of a $1 billion staffing company. Most recently, Lesa was President and CEO of Supplemental Health Care, one of the top 10 healthcare staffing companies in the U.S. Prior to that, she held numerous leadership positions within the staffing industry, including President and CEO of Staffmark, Executive Vice President at Medical Staffing Network, and Senior Vice President at Spherion.

After decades of leading companies, Lesa transitioned to executive coaching, advising, and board service. Bringing her vast experience working within both public and private equity environments, leading through mergers and acquisitions, and driving operational and strategic excellence, she works with both individuals and teams to drive high performance and extraordinary results.

Lesa served as past Chairman of the Board of the American Staffing Association, former member of the Workforce Solutions Advisory Board and currently serves on the Supplemental Health Care Board of Directors.

Lesa earned a B.A. from Northwest Missouri State University. She was named to the inaugural Power 50 Women in Staffing and to Staffing Industry Analysts’ Staffing Industry Hall of Fame. Lesa has also been recognized by Glassdoor as one of the highest rated CEOs nationwide.
