Leaders have achieved their success by being good at what they do. But most reach a plateau in their careers where they know they are good at what they do but need an extra push to become great. This workshop teaches a company’s leaders how to redirect their energies to take them to new levels of achievement.
Each will be guided toward a strategy that identifies initiatives and maps out an action plan to get there. It will teach methods of moving others to the next level with measurable accountability plans.
During this workshop, participants will learn to:
- How leadership has changed over time and the skills necessary to lead today’s diverse work forces.
- The 6 steps to putting accountability plans into effect.
- The transformational cycle of change and how to manage it effectively.
- How to uncover GOLD (Goals, Objectives, Leadership, Direction) with an action plan.
