Selling Against the Competition
The goal of this session is to strengthen participants’ ability to sell against the competition and gain market share. To gain a competitive advantage, the focus is on selling value vs. price. Sales representatives need to be able to position the features and benefits of their products and show their customer how they will meet their needs.
During this workshop, participants will learn to:
- Position product features and benefits to sell against the competition.
- Enhance the way participants communicate products and features.
- Effectively manage customer objections.
- Position products to meet the needs of the customer.
