- Able to grasp new ideas and concepts quickly.
- Able to work under fast paced conditions.
- Track record of meeting deadlines and goals.
- Proven management, leadership, and analytical skills.
When you interview others for an executive position, be sure to look for those who demonstrate high Influence tendencies along with Dominance attributes. These will be the executives most likely to create a perfect fit with your firm.
